When Promix partnered with our team in August 2021, the brand was generating roughly <$200k/mo in gross revenue and had yet to meaningfully invest in paid media. Over the next four years, we built a full-funnel growth system that more than 10x'd their revenue while scaling spend from $0 to over $600k/mo, all while remaining profitable.

We overhauled site and offer strategy, introducing optimized upsells, bundling tests, and subscription incentives. These changes drove the subscription opt-in rate from sub 10% to over 30%, dramatically improving repeat purchase value and overall retention and profitability.
We produced high-performing ad creative designed to communicate Promix’s ingredient quality, transparency, and athletic credibility, testing static, UGC, and video formats to align creative style with audience psychology and platform performance.
