How Therabody Regained Control and Scaled on Amazon

Therabody, the global leader in premium wellness technology, faced rising competition from low-cost alternatives and underperforming Amazon campaigns. The brand needed to defend market share, increase efficiency, and reignite growth on the world’s most competitive marketplace. In partnership with our team, Therabody deployed a coordinated full-funnel strategy that exceeded every target - achieving its annual revenue goal in just four months while doubling external traffic and improving organic rank.

Approach

1. AMAZON ADS REVAMP

We restructured Amazon campaigns to focus on incremental revenue, new-to-brand acquisition, and category domination. Bidding, targeting, and product segmentation were rebuilt from the ground up to maximize share-of-voice across hero SKUs.

2. EXTERNAL TRAFFIC AND DEMAND CAPTURE

We redirected Google “Amazon” intent traffic directly to Therabody’s Amazon storefront instead of the DTC site — drastically improving conversion rates and organic ranking.

3. FULL FUNNEL MEASUREMENT

We aligned top-funnel creative with mid- and bottom-funnel keyword strategies, tying paid efforts to total revenue lift and organic rank improvements across hero products.

4. CREATIVE AND MESSAGING ALIGNMENT

We unified product messaging across DTC and Amazon, ensuring consistent storytelling and conversion-optimized creative at every stage of the funnel.

Results

1. Achieved full-year revenue target by end of 2022, reversing a -16% YTD deficit

2. Prime Early Access revenue was +104% vs. Prime Day previous year

3. Hero products’ top-20 share-of-voice on unbranded search terms increased from 3% to 6%

4. Record revenue across key product lines with efficient ROAS and improved brand visibility
